Weatherhaven's first-line and second-line maintenance workshops are custom configured to meet user requirements and deployment scenarios-whether it's in a softwall shelter for long-term deployment, or an integrated expandable container with built-in generators and HVAC for tactical and short-term operations. All of our workshops can be deployed on the ground, and our expandable container can be set up and operated on the back of a truck or trailer for complete mobility.
Weatherhaven shelters provide the space and functionality for first-line and second-line maintenance in deployed aircraft and vehicle operations, enabling users to perform the following functions:
- Non-destructive inspection
- Maintenance, repair, inspection, and/or fabrication of aircraft or vehicle components consisting of a variety of metals and alloys
- Hydraulics/pneumatic
- Support verification testing and repair of avionic, electronic systems, and equipment
- Repair of rotor and powertrain components
- On-aircraft repairs and maintenance for paint and composite work functions

- CSC certified for air, land, or sea transport
- Operable in all climates
- Rugged construction and anchor hardware secures internal equipment/machinery
- Equipment is stored and shipped in the center core, so sensitive electronics, such as radar test bed equipment and circuit boards, are not exposed to the weather
- Custom furnishings, special equipment, and electrical and mechanical details are designed to meet your specific repair requirements
- Double doors can be installed, allowing for the repair of large equipment and parts
